Moje nekretnine: A Convenient Mobile App for Property Owners

With Moje nekretnine, users can retrieve information about their properties, receive notifications about any changes, and view documents created through the OSS system.

To ensure accurate data retrieval, it is necessary to have the Personal Identification Number (OIB) registered for the properties in the land registry and cadastre. If some properties are not visible after logging in, users should contact the relevant land registry department or cadastral office in their city for further information.

Access to the application is granted to users authenticated through the National Identification and Authentication System (NIAS). During login, users can also select a legal entity they represent or have power of attorney for. The login session lasts for 90 days, and afterwards, users are required to protect the app with a PIN known only to them.

Key features of the application include:

• Viewing properties registered in the land registry and cadastre where the user is listed
• Accessing the user's inbox, containing documents created through the OSS system and notifications about property changes
• Receiving push notifications for immediate updates on property changes (can be enabled during login or in settings).
